Welcome to Zngah. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a session, or using any part of the Zngah platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Zngah is a peer-to-peer tutoring platform that connects students with tutors. We provide the technology and mediation; tutors are independent providers of educational services.

2. Description of Service

Zngah allows students to discover and book tutoring sessions with qualified tutors. Features include tutor profiles, scheduling, secure payments, and session management.

3. User Accounts and Roles

You may use the Platform as a Student, a Tutor, or both. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date.

Tutors must accept the separate Teacher Terms of Use before accessing the tutor dashboard. Those terms cover payment release, punctuality, lesson quality, and other tutor-specific obligations.

4. Booking and Payments

Sessions are booked through the Platform and paid via Paymob in Saudi Riyal (SAR). The Platform retains a percentage of each completed session as a service fee; the remainder is paid to the tutor via manual payout requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, harass other users, share contact information to circumvent the booking flow, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

All Zngah branding, copy, and design is owned by Zngah. User-generated content (e.g. session notes, attachments) remains owned by the user but is licensed to Zngah for operational purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Zngah provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Tutors are independent providers and Zngah is not responsible for the quality of individual sessions beyond our vetting process.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
