We collect basic account info (name, email, phone), session bookings, payment records (via Paymob), and any content you upload (avatars, attachments).

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform, process bookings and payments, send transactional emails, and improve the service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

4. Sharing of Information

We share data only with service providers required to operate the Platform (Paymob for payments, Google for calendar / Meet, our email provider). We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the lifetime of your account, plus the legally required retention period after closure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@zngah.com.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Connections are encrypted with TLS. We never store full card numbers — payments are processed by Paymob.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies for session management and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 13.

10. International Transfer

Some service providers process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Platform you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards.
